Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CreditWix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including Credit Builders (businesses using our platform) and their Clients (end users of Credit Builder services).

2. Description of Service

CreditWix provides a white-label software platform that enables credit repair businesses ("Credit Builders") to:

  • Manage client relationships and credit repair workflows
  • Generate and send dispute letters to credit bureaus
  • Track dispute progress and outcomes
  • Process payments through integrated payment systems
  • Provide branded client portals

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Immediately notify us if you discover any security breaches

4. Credit Builder Obligations

Credit Builders using our platform agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
  • Not make false or misleading statements to clients about credit repair outcomes
  • Provide clients with required disclosures as mandated by law
  • Honor cancellation rights and refund policies as required by law
  • Maintain appropriate business licenses and registrations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription and Payments

Credit Builder subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Letter mailing fees are charged per letter at the current rate displayed in your dashboard. These fees cover printing, postage, and delivery tracking.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason, including partial months or unused services
  • You will retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that subscription fees and letter mailing fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CreditWix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Credit Builders retain ownership of their own branding, client data, and custom content uploaded to the platform.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Engage in any form of fraud or deception
  • File frivolous or fraudulent disputes

9. No Guarantee of Results

CREDITWIX MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING CREDIT REPAIR OUTCOMES. We provide software tools to facilitate the dispute process, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any negative items will be removed from your credit report or that your credit score will improve.

Credit bureaus are required by law to investigate disputes, but they are not required to remove accurate information. Results vary significantly based on individual circumstances, the nature of the items being disputed, and the responses from creditors and credit bureaus.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO SPECIFIC RESULTS HAVE BEEN PROMISED OR GUARANTEED TO YOU, AND THAT THE REMOVAL OF ANY NEGATIVE ITEMS FROM YOUR CREDIT REPORT IS NOT GUARANTEED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDITWIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreditWix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
